Graduated as a Physiotherapist, she holds clinical experience of over 27 years. Her experience includes working with the Singapore General Hospital, Mt. Elizabeth Medical Centre and in a private sector. 

She has gained over 19 years of experience in private practice and outpatient set-up and is involved in Clinical Services Management, protocol Developments and Operational Management for Out-Patient Services.

Monika’s strength lies in managing Clinical Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and Pain Management. She is also involved in the development of SCORES – a spinal core stability program using Achievo Pressure Biofeedback and Real-Time Ultrasound that is presently being used in Physio Asia. She has been providing trainings to professionals/physiotherapists locally n abroad for the same. She has also presented on SCORES in international symposiums in Korea and Philippines. 

She also has a special interest in posture training and breathing techniques and focused strengthening of deep/core muscles.  

She is also a registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy MCSP and HCPC (UK) and the Singapore Physiotherapy Association .

Danielle has over 18 years experience in providing holistic physiotherapy care for adults and children of all ages. Qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 1996 (Australia), Danielle has worked both in the public and private healthcare systems in Australia, UK and Singapore.

She has a post-Graduate certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence & Women’s Health) and is now working towards the completion of her Master’s degree in Women’s Health. She is also the only Manutention Manual and Patient Handler Trainer in Singapore; specialising in the safe handling (transfer and movement) of patients, heavy loads, people with disabilities and/or injuries, safe ergonomic postures and movements for sports, daily functioning, and working at the office.

Through personal experience and clinical practice, her passion is in the prevention and management of chronic pain both pre and post pregnancy. She is also passionate about empowering her clients (both male and female) with the knowledge to develop their inner core muscle strength, strengthen their pelvic floors, lower back and abdominal muscles, so that they caaintain a happy active life style.

Danielle’s treatment approach involves a combination of physiotherapy skills – a functional approach to postures and movements and life skills.

She is also a registered member of  HCPC (UK ), Singapore Physiotherapy Association and Australian Incontinence Association .


Kalidass G. Murugan, PT, AHPC registered

Kalidass graduated with a Masters of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy(Musculoskeletal) from the University of South Australia.
Kalidass has gained vast working experience at public hospital & private clinic treating Musculoskeletal, Sports injuries & post-operative management for 7 years . Kalidass has served with Team Singapore as a physiotherapist in the medical team in SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games in 2015.
Kalidass is specialized in treating spinal problems, shoulders, sports related injuries with a special interest in lower limb rehabilitation (ACL / Knee injuries) and injury prevention. He is well equipped to manage a large range of injuries and conditions using manual therapy techniques, functional movement analysis, motor-control assessment and corrective exercises. He gains satisfaction in rehabilitating clients back to their functions and sporting activities to their optimum level. Kalidass also does public talks and teaches undergraduate physiotherapy students on clinical placements. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football, boxing, running and yoga.


Gitanjali Ramesh, PT, AHPC registered

BSc (Physiotherapy)

Gitanjali is a trained physiotherapist, having qualified in 2002. With over 13 years of experience across reputed hospitals, clinics and also independently as a freelancer, she is well-versed in a broad range of therapies like Manual therapy, Electro-therapy and Exercise therapy. Her key focus areas are clinical orthopedic rehabilitation and pain management. Besides, Gitanjali is a certified Aqua Therapist and uses it greatly for core strengthening, post-operative rehabilitation, Arthritis management and weight management. 

 She is also a registered member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association and Indian Physiotherapy Association


Swati Prakash: PT, AHPC registered

BSc (Physiotherapy), MSc. 

Qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2002, Swati completed her Masters in Neuromusculoskeletal healthcare (Keele University ,UK ) in 2006. Having worked across a variety of settings, clinical as well as research in UK, Australia and India besides regular physiotherapy she also had been conducting hydrotherapy classes in community care. Her main interest is Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy.

She is also a registered member of the HCPC (UK), AHPRA(AUSTRALIA), MAPA (AUS), MIAP (INDIA)


Dinesh Verma: PT, AHPC registered

A Physiotherapist and MBA-Gold Medalist, an accomplished Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 2 years of experience, Dinesh is also the Director of Physio Asia Therapy Centre. He is actively involved in teaching and  development of new technologies and has key competencies in Electro-Physical Agents. 

He is a registered member of the the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy MCSP and HCPC (UK) and the Singapore Physiotherapy Association .


Rane Ng: PT, AHPC registered


Graduating locally from the physiotherapy programme in Singapore, Rane has had clinical experience working in various acute and community hospitals under principal and senior physiotherapists that has helped shaped her into the therapist she is today.She volunteered her time doing physiotherapy for the elderly in nursing homes during her course of study and has grown a strong interest for geriatrics and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy.

Rane also has had experience working in a sports clinic treating musculoskeletal sports injuries and progressing dancers and athlete’s strength training programmes. Her main goal is to ensure that her patients are able to achieve their maximum functional potential and be able to enjoy their lives with the best experience.

Nazish helps to ensure smooth operations at the clinic as well as overseeing a high level of quality assurance and safety for all clinic infrastructure, clinic equipment. She also helps in daily operations of the clinic.
