Graduated as a Physiotherapist, she holds clinical experience of over 20 years. Her experience includes working with the Singapore General Hospital, Mt. Elizabeth Medical Centre and in a private sector. She is also a registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) in UK and the Singapore Physiotherapy Association (MSPA).

She has gained over 13 years of experience in private practice and outpatient set-up and is involved in Clinical Services Management, protocol Developments and Operational Management for Out-Patient Services.

Monika’s strength lies in managing Clinical Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and Pain Management. She is also involved in the development of SCORES – a spinal core stability program using Achievo Pressure Biofeedback and Real-Time Ultrasound that is presently being used in Physio Asia.

She also has a special interest in Incontinence Management.


Dinesh Verma: PT, AHPC registered



A Physiotherapist and MBA-Gold Medallism, an accomplished Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 2 years of experience, Dinesh is also the Director of Physio Asia Therapy Centre. He plays a strategic development role towards the growth of the clinic and its franchise and licensing models. He is actively involved in development of new technologies and has key competencies in Electro-Physical Agents.

With his Entrepreneurship spirit, he has pioneered the proprietary concept of SCORES to integrate Imaging Ultrasound and Pressure Biofeedback in the most innovative way for the management of back and neck pains.

Dinesh has conducted over 50 workshops on Electro-physical Agents and Vitalstim Therapy Applications across Asia, Australia, Italy and Spain and has led to the growth of this technique across Asia Pacific. He is now acting as the International Program Director for Vitalstim Therapy.

Since June 2012, Dinesh was also been appointed as the President of Singapore Physiotherapy Association and is serving as a member of Core Steering committee for the World Confederation for Physical Therapy in Singapore in 2015.
